February 24th is the last day of classes for the season

Thank you for a great season! We are able to run our program year after year due to our amazing community that work together to make it possible.
Thank you to the skaters and their families that continue to skate with SFSA.
Thank you to the on ice volunteers Adrian and Anjali who give up their time to help out with our budding skaters.
Thank you to our instructors Claudia and Shari who brave various weather conditions and make the program possible.

A friendly reminder that we are still seeking a new volunteer administrator for next year. The bulk of the work is in November, and the person should be comfortable with excel spreadsheets. Please email if you are interested.

Registration is now open

Thank you for your patience. Registration is now open for skaters of all levels from age 4 – adult. The cost is $80 per child and email transfer is preferred.
The registration form now asks for address, postal code, and child’s age. This is a requirement for the city permit. If you have previously sent in registration with the old form, then please resubmit so that this information is included.
Please note: I’m working my way through the registration but it appears as if all classes are full. I have not yet sent out official confirmations but will do so in the next few days. You may send in your registration form to be waitlisted as I wait for confirmations. Historically, there has been movement and waitlisted people may be offered spots. If you are waitlisted, please do not forward payment.

There are 12 skating sessions. Classes will begin on Sunday, November 25th (weather permitting) until Sunday, February 24th. There will be no classes on Sunday, December 23rd or Sunday, December 30th. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be granted for cancelled or missed classes. You will be notified of cancellations on this website and email. Only one parent will be emailed so please share the information with the other parent as needed.

All skaters (children and adult) require a helmet and skates (either hockey or figure skating skates).

If you know of any student volunteers to help on ice, please email us their names.

Due to the anticipated volume of registrations, there will be delay in the processing of your submission. Thank you for your patience.
