Thank you for your interest in the SFSA lessons for the 2019/20 season. Please complete the form below along with your two preferred times. During each session we will have two classes so we can accommodate siblings of different abilities. I will confirm your class time via email with you by Sunday November 24th. At the point you can e-transfer the $85 registration fee (per participant).

  • You will fill out a SFSA waiver online. Our insurance provider requires a separate waiver which you must fill out before your child (or adult) skates. A volunteer will be there on the first day to hand out the waivers. Please remember all skaters (adults and children) must have helmets.
